Backup power source1 ensures required operational safety, preventing emergency load lowering in case of the power supply cutting off. The backup power source monitors all of the three phases of the power-supply line. It is attached parallel with the magnet. The backup power source operates along with the following control units: PNS and DPN. We can manufacture backup power source to reduced voltage.
