Our company has renewed and updated the complete range of lifting magnet control units. All the control units except the 110-Volt ones use three-phase power supply. Magnet control units (voltage transducers) of PNS series (supply-line type), DPN (supply-line type, operational mode alpha-numeric display available), PNG (generator type) are designed to control all types of the DC lifting magnets. 
In 2004 the company started serial manufacture of control units for the PNS and DPN series magnets which are improved modifications of the previously manufactured PNM series control units. The PNS series control units have the following advanced features: new design of the three-phase power supply unit, reduced dimensions, improved and optimized operational algorithm. The introduced changes has allowed to ease the temperature conditions and to improve the product's reliability.  In addition, we optionally offer to our customers PNG series magnet control units. The units of this series are designed to control lifting magnets when a land supply-line is not available. The PNG series control units function paired with either 1-phase or 3-phase power generators. Such system can be mounted onto any autocrane, excavator or a forklift. The PNG series generator control units have already been tested on and mounted onto excavators manufactured by the TPO Kovrovets closed company and the Tverskoy ekskavator public company.
Our company also takes orders for refitting any excavators. We can mount onto them thee following lifting equipment sets including: a lifting magnet of DKM080, DKM100, DKM120, DKM140 (or another) series; a PNG series voltage transducer; a generator, hydrolic equipment and a wiring cables set. |
