Application

The DKM080 series magnets by their dimensions are similar to those of the Ì21/22/23 series. Being compact while possessing high hoisting capacity these magnets are ideal for lifting and moving sheet metal.

It is possible to install the magnets onto a traverse. The magnets are available in special-purpose modular models:

• 2-magnet model. Designed to move sheet metal.
• 3-magnet model. Designed to hoist scrap (metal chips, 2A).
• 4-magnet model. Designed to load medium-sized scrap.

The DKM100 series magnets while being relatively compact possess high hoisting capacity– they are optimal for clearing freight cars of scrap. They are best to .

The medium-hoisting capacity magnets of the DKM120 series are similar to M42 series magnets. Light- and medium-capacity magnets can be installed onto truck-mounted cranes and excavators. The high- and extra-high capacity magnets provide higher hoisting capacity while being small in size, they are best suited for scrap loading by medium cranes.

Mounting of the DKM080-DKM120 series magnets onto autocranes and excavators can be performed with the help of a chain sling as well as a transeverse beam.
